They are designed for roommates with two master bedrooms and master baths, so both tenants get a master bedroom and bath. The Oxford bike path comes right across the back side of our property, so easy access for walking or biking. The unit has all appliances including a washer and dryer. Rent includes your water, sewer, trash and we do all of the yard work, so no grass to mow. Rent includes water, sewer, trash and yard work. Tenant pays electric, along with internet and cable if needed. All of our units are NON-smoking units, so if you smoke, you must do it outside. The rental price is for the full house, as we do NOT rent by the bedroom.
