Our home is in the very convenient Carrefour neighborhood. In 2016, it was re-sided and re-roofed and a very nice pool and spa were added. The backyard has become an oasis with a cool tech paver patio connecting to the pool and most of the grass has been removed for stone leading to less maintenance. A concrete pad was also put in to provide a play area for the kids in the side yard area. Our house is also the 4 bedroom model and has an extra room that was added making it larger than the other 4 bedroom houses in the neighborhood and was also recently renovated to be used as a kid's playroom or could easily be used as an adult playroom. As of 2021, the entire downstairs has been renovated including a gorgeous, open kitchen with large island flowing into the family room. I'm a little bias, but there is not a nicer home in Carrefour!
