Hi this is a very quiet and clean mobile home park and really cheap space rent. Its just cuple steps from downtown Cotati you have everything really close. This mobile home is very beautiful it has three bedrooms, big kitchen and a decent living room, also it has its own laundry room and has its decent little back yard. Park is dog friendly. Also its an all age park!
