The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring sleek countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the essentials needed to whip up delicious meals. The island offers plenty of space to prepare your favorite dishes and accommodates three barstools underneath. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table (seats 10) , or take the meal outdoors and dine on the private patio, with sea breezes and sunshine. Retreat to one of four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful night's sleep. All four bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. The first bedroom can accommodate up to 5 guests with a full Jack and Jill bath attached. The adjoining room has a queen bed, nightstands, clothing storage and a desk. The second full bathroom is located just outside this door. It features a wooden towel rack, tiled floors, and a spacious shower with tiled surround. The third bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, nightstand, and plenty of clothing storage with two closets. On the 3rd floor, you'll find the spacious game room featuring a comfortable couch, two bean bags chairs, TV and gaming system! Owner pays for water and sewer, tenant pays for gas and electric.
