There is a big screen TV in the living room. There are TV's in each bedroom, wireless internet access, and ceiling fans throughout for your added comfort. There is a washer and dryer so you can wash your clothes at your own convenience. There is a grill for your use out by the pool. Stay and experience this unforgettable luxurious retreat! The backyard has an extra large lanai, nice-sized pool with attached hot-tub, a beautiful view of the fresh water canal and a lovely park. You can totally relax in our home There is parking available on our totally stamped cement driveway. You can swim in our outdoor pool, cook your favorite meals on our gas grill, enjoy eating in our Lanai area, and hang out in our back yard overlooking the canal. You can also see different birds basking in the sun. We have fishing rods so you can fish off our larger dock area or lay back and get a sun tan on our loungers there. There are 2 kayaks that you can use so you can paddle through the canal and into the surrounding lakes. We have a great location in Cape Coral!! We are close to beautiful beaches, nightlife, mini golf, golf courses, bowling alley, exotic birds, nature, and wonderful shopping malls. Other fun areas to visit during your stay with us in Cape Coral: Ft Myers, Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Beach, Punta Gorda, Sanibel, and Captiva. *House Rules 1. No smoking/Vaping inside our home or in the screened pool area. 2. No food or drinks in the carpeted areas of our home with the exception of water. 3. No shoes, boots, or sandals should be worn in the carpeted areas unless you have slippers or inside shoes. 4. Pets, drugs & firearms are not permitted in our home. 5. No visitors without the permission of the owners. 6. Please do not hang any towels or wash cloths on the shower rods. Feel free to use the towel racks in the bathroom or in the laundry room. 7. Do not move pool furniture out of the screened area. 8. Glassware is not permitted in the pool area. There are plastic glasses available in a kitchen drawer or cupboard. 9. Do not lock the outside screen doors leading into the pool area so our pool service can have access to the pool. No smoking. Tenets are responsible for utilities.
