We are living in a condo 3 blocks from the Central Square Red Line T stop (one stop from Kendall/MIT, and one stop from Harvard) in Cambridge on a really cute street. We are renting out one of the bedroom in the first floor condo. There's a large eat-in kitchen with a fridge, a microwave, stove and a dishwasher, a bathroom, porch, and free in-unit laundry (no creepy basement to navigate). The apartment is on the 1st floor of 3-family home, and there's a yard on two sides. The bedroom is large and has a queen bed, a kitchenette, a big desk and a chair. You will share the kitchen, a bathroom and common areas with one other housemate who is the PhD student in Engineering. We and our friendly housemates are living upstairs, separately. We don't smoke and hardly drink. We're very respectful and not rowdy, though you may hear the pitter-patter of little feet running around by our son. We have a warm, friendly atmosphere in the house with lots of laughter, and it would be nice to continue that. We celebrate birthdays together with the 1st and 2nd floor housemates. No smoking, fully vaccinated one person. No pet allowed.
