Application Process: Guests are required to complete a comprehensive online Mandalay Beach Club HOA lease application. There is a $200.00 application fee due upon booking approval. Occupancy Requirements: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and remain a resident throughout the duration of the lease. House Rules 1. We take pride in maintaining a pristine environment for our guests. 2. Smoke-Free Environment: This is a strictly non-smoking unit.
