Take the elevator from the ground floor up to any floor of the home! ** There is also a ping pong table ** First Floor: Features a romantic master bedroom with a large KING bed, flat screen TV and a full bathroom. The gourmet kitchen features a large sink, double oven, stainless hood, granite counter-tops, tile backsplash and a large island with 5 counter stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils you need and a starter set of paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher tablets. . The living room and dining room are an open floor plan featuring 12 foot wide sliding glass doors that open up the first floor to a large screen porch with relaxing views of the freshwater lagoon. Second Floor: Features a master bedroom with a luxurious king bed and large flat screen tv. There is also a pack-n-play with a 3" mattress in this room. A door in the master suite leads you to a large private porch for enjoying morning coffee! The oversized master bath is spa like with plush robes, a large tiled shower, and dual vanities. Also, on the 2nd floor are two additional bedrooms. One bedroom has a QUEEN bed, flat screen tv.. The other room is another KING bed and with flat screen TV.. Those two rooms share a full bathroom with a tiled tub/shower combo,. This floor also has a full size laundry room with washer and dryer. Top Floor: Features a large bedroom set up hotel style with 2 QUEEN beds, flat screen TV, and a shared full bathroom. And finally, a place the kids will never forget. A large kids bedroom and festive playroom featuring 2 sets of full over full bunk beds.. each with twin size pull out trundle PLUS a twin daybed and twin trundle. This room can sleep 12 kids. There is also a foosball table, large flat screen tv, games and toys! Beach Access: The property is located in the Folly Field area. The closest beach is Folly Field Beach. There is a dedicated paved path from the house all the way to the beach and it is less than a 10min walk. There is beach parking for golf carts and vehicles with 51 metered parking spaces and 3 ADA-accessible spaces available on a first come first served basis. Folly Field Beach Park: Folly Field Beach Park is a gorgeous stretch of shoreline that is known informally by residents and long-time visitors alike as a "local's beach." Seldom overcrowded, with parking spots that are almost hidden by a line of live oaks and squat Palmettos, the park is a favorite for new and seasoned vacationers alike, and features ample stretches of shoreline located just a stone's throw from the wooded park's entrance. The park features restrooms and outdoor showers. A short boardwalk connects the main parking area with the shoreline, and "beach matting" Is laid down at the end of the boardwalk seasonally, making the route to the shore handicapped accessible. Seasonal lifeguards are also on site, generally from Memorial Day until Labor Day. Folly Field Beach Park is well-known in local circles as a gorgeous, and very convenient, beach access point, and newcomers would do well to find this almost secretive spot for a fun day at the seashore. With a fantastic, close to the oceanfront locale, and all the little amenities beach-goers need for an extended afternoon or daylong stay, Folly Field Beach Park is a perfect example of Hilton Head Island's longstanding reputation as a gorgeous, and generally sparsely populated beach town.
