This is a wonderful home that would be great for a large family. It would also be great to use as a Mother/Daughter home being the upstairs has it's own separate electric and hot water. Upstairs can definitely be used as a separate living area. All the rooms are very large so there is plenty of room. Plenty of room for animals to run around as well. Two of the downstairs bedrooms have been redone with new windows. One is still in the process of being renovated. The office upstairs has new flooring and some new water pipes were put in the basement. It can still use upgrades, but in great shape for an older home. There is a pool in the garage that can be set up and a basketball court as well. A great home for a great price!
