We offer updated units in all our buildings: including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, wood floors, freshly painted walls, steam cleaned carpets and coin-op laundry facilities. As an added amenity, units also include a basic Direct TV package (a $90 Value). There is an nonrefundable pet fee of $250. $35 additional fee on monthly rent for one pet. $50 additional fee on monthly rent for two pets. We have friendly professional management and knowledgeable maintenance staff all within a safe community.
