No security deposit is required but please have references such as from past landlords available. Utilities (gas, electric, and an option for internet) are separate from the rent and are split between the renter and myself. No smoking inside the home, basement, or any of the common areas. No pets. Renter pays 1/2 of utility costs for gas/heat & electric.
