Our beautiful house is available for rent for 30+ day rentals, beginning September 1 (potentially mid-August under certain circumstances). This is a fully furnished, medium-term rental available for those wanting an extended stay in Asheville. Open to long-term rentals on a case-by-case basis. Haw Creek Hideaway is a fully equipped, stylish three-bedroom oasis in the hills of Haw Creek, a lovely community in East Asheville, only 10 mins from downtown and 10 mins to the blue ridge pkwy. The upper level features a chef's kitchen, dining and living rooms, two bedrooms (one king and one queen) and one bathroom. A crib is also available if needed. The bottom walkout level features a third large bedroom with queen bed and one bath, family room with a minibar, remote workspace and home gym with a peloton and weight set. Guests will have access to the entire space, minus the owner's closet and storage shed. There is a full service security system on site. The fireplace is non-operational. Security deposit depends on length of stay. Owner pays for all utilities for anything less than a six-month stay.
