Renters need to take care of garbage and recycling schedule (roll out and roll back the cans). Pets are case by case with additional fee per stay, service animal has exceptions. All occupants must fill out an application form in pdf and must be on lease. All adult occupants have to do background check. Long term (longer than 6 month) lease only. High Speed Internet is included. All other utilities (water, sewer, electricity, lawn) will be charged to tenants. Utility/rent will be prorated to day. Prorated utility could be estimated if bills not coming out. Tenants are responsible for the lawn. Any fine regarding the lawn will be passed to tenants. Other terms are negotiable.
