Great family home with unique floor plan featuring an upstairs family room/bonus room -- you decide. Three bedrooms up and two bedrooms on the main floor (no basement rooms converted to bedrooms here!) give this home flexibility when it comes to utility. Plus the square footage does not include the basement -- complete with more family space, fireplace, quarter bath, workshop and utility/storage room. We love it and wish we could move it with us. We updated the pricey stuff (kitchen, heat, roof, deck) then had to move. Our loss could be your gain. By the way -- Zillow's price per square foot comparison is based on incorrect information, the asking price is $87/sq foot -- below the area average of $99/sq foot -- and that does not even include the basement square feet. Neighborhood Description This is a well-established North Fargo neighborhood close to shopping (Northport), the V.A. Hospital, and parks. It is a great place to live!
