We marketed that suite to bikers because they could pull their bike back into the locked area of the yard. It was also a nice room to allow dogs in as they have their own back yard. We tried to keep the master suite dog free. We intend to include all furnishings as they were mostly new just for the rentals. This home is one house off the bay so you are not paying waterfront taxes but can just walk right out your door and into the bay. The beach is protected by neighbors harbor walls . It is fairly shallow for a long way out and delightful to just go sit on the sand and cool off. We have seen dolphins swim here. The kitchen has over 20 feet of counter and cabinets with a tall breakfast bar separating out the dining room from the kitchen. There is a main floor laundry with elevated machines. The shared bath has a beautiful old bear claw tub with classic black and white tile under it. The vaulted living room has a wall of classic wooden 15 panel doors that open out onto the huge covered CATIO that has a lovely 2 person swing to sit on and smell the fragrant flowers and watch the waves in the bay. So yes that is a total of 2 decks, a huge porch and a small entry porch. The yard is small and suffered severely from the freeze but we replanted much of it with the goal of making it maintenance free. You should keep our lawn guy he only charges $30 a visit.
