Whoever had this one took care of it before the shoe dropped . It's in good to better than good shape with newer carpet , shadow boxing ,crown molding and what appears to have been a nice remodel . This one is one to see. After seeing some of the other propinquities and be ready to roll into a 2002 price and no renovation needed. You wont be dissapointed. Trust me Im a salesman
