The pool system can be controlled remotely. Walk right out of the open concept living area to a backyard oasis that almost feels like another room. You really only have to go upstairs to shower and sleep. The firewall between the units adds great sound proofing. You can't hear any noise inside between the townhomes. The central a/c and hot water tank were replaced within the last year. All tile flooring, granite counters in the kitchen and bathrooms. Added pantry closet under the stairs for more storage.
