Exterior Features:This is a quaint house right off of Hwy 1 on Bertie St in Napoleonville. It is in what seems to be a quiet neighborhood. It is a wood frame house, the carport will need to be replaced, the roof will also need to be looked at there are a couple of buckles in the shingles on the front of the house, there is possibly an old septic tank behind the house that will need to be filled in. There are 2 wall ovens that may or may not work and there is a counter top stove in place, dishwasher has been removed. There are multiple closets in the hallways for storage. One of the rooms could be used as an office or a family room, especially if you have teenagers,lol. The interior could use some tlc, mostly paint, a few flooring issues and 1 small hole in the wall.
