You will be sharing the apartment with two other clean, young adults (one male, one female) who work full time in Boston. The house has a driveway and a garage, and the room comes with a free off-street parking spot for the whole summer. There is laundry in the basement that is coin-operated. The house is well furnished and has a dishwasher, two ovens, and a full stovetop that has a gas powered grill. The room that is available for rent is a loft that is on the second floor with a set of stairs leading up to it from the first floor. There is no entrance to the room from the second floor. There are one and a half bathrooms total in the apartment. This is an ideal location for anyone working in Cambridge/Boston and looking for a large, private room for the summer.
