    This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath Cape Cod-style home. It was purchased on March 29th, 2014 as a foreclosure, and we have been updating it ever since we purchased it. We tore down the original front porch that was falling apart and replaced it with a brand new steps/handrail system. The water heater was replaced in October 2013, and we installed a brand new HVAC unit in the winter of 2014-2015. We have addressed everything that was in the original inspection report by having a general contractor approve it or by simply fixing it. The exterior and the interior have both been professionally painted to prep it to sell. This house has been a great home for us, and I'm sure it will be for the next people to purchase this home too! There are numerous benefits from living at this location- 1) walking distance from the Swamp Rabbit Trail and downtown Travelers Rest, 2) within 5-10 minutes driving to Gateway Elementary and Travelers Rest High School, 3) the back deck is an AMAZING place to grill out and chill out, 4) the garage is big enough for two cars (or you can choose to use it as storage or a workshop). 5) It also has a fenced in back yard.
