You've driven by this house hundreds of times and admired its look and location. Stone 4 bedroom house on nearly 3 3/4 acres. This is an exceptionally well built home in need of TLC. Hardwood floors and a large wood fireplace in a oversized sunken living room. Newer boiler. Covered patio and an inground pool with pool house. Pool needs a liner at a minimum and likely other maintenance. Due to the condition, this property is not likely to qualify for FHA/VA/USDA financing.
