From the honeysuckle tree that blooms all summer over the porch to the chandelier in the dining room and the finest little Carnegie library in all of Colorado down the street, this house is all about small town character and location. We have good neighbors and because of parking restrictions, our street is quiet at night. As of 2015, the house has a new membrane roof, a new skylight, and new insulation that keeps it cool all summer without AC, and holds in its warmth nicely in winter.
