There is ample street parking in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The unit has a private entry to the 2nd floor. The kitchen and living space are large with 10 foot ceilings. There are a lot of windows so the apartment gets a lot of natural light. Larger room: Can fit a queen bed with more than a foot of space around the sides and 3 feet at the bottom of the bed. Smaller room: A queen air mattress can fit without much extra space. A friend stayed in the room on a twin air mattress with my dresser and still had space. Must have credit score above 620 and income of 3 times monthly rent. Pets require a non-refundable deposit and a small monthly fee. Tenant pays heat (central AC), water, electric. With AC on all the time I only paid $50/month.
