For this apartment I pay for all bills, that's water, electricity, and gas. I own a plantation home with a cute new garage apartment built on the same property that I wish to rent. The main house is Historical dates to 1900, the garage apartment is fairly new and ready for move-in. The property is located near downtown Eagle Lake Texas about one hour drive west of Houston, between Columbus and Katy Texas. The idea person(s) to rent would be someone near Columbus/Katy/Sealy, or retired. Eagle Lake Texas is just a nice town to live. Again, you only pay a flat $1,000, I pay everything else. That's a great price!
