They are nice and easy to get along with. The house was refurnished a few days ago and is well equipped with basic furniture as well as appliances. Rent is $310 per month. gas, electricity and net fee is spread evenly among the three tenants. Any time to visit. owner pays for the trash,sewer and water. The tenants pay for the electricity, net and heating.
