    What's special

I am looking for responsible tenants to occupy this 2 level house with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 den, off street parking and located in a excellent neighborhood. The house total over 1500 square feet of living and storage space. If you're looking for a place that has a feel of a real home versus those wall sharing apartments and condos, this house will provide that and more. This house features newly replaced hardwood floor. On the main level, the large living room features wall to ceiling window provide ample of light into the living room all day. The high vault ceiling in the living also provides an excellent feeling of open space. Walking out of the living, you will find full size 16-foot deck over looking downtown Fremont and the ship canal. You can sit out on the deck in those beautiful summer days watching the boats go by while doing your BBQ. On those cold nights in Seattle, you can sit back and enjoy a glass of wine in front of the wood fireplace. Next to the living room is the large kitchen with eating bar, stainless steel dishwasher and plenty of pantry cabinets to accommodate all your need for cooking. On the main level, you will also find the second bedroom and large walk-in closet. This bedroom features a beautiful mural and you can decorate to make everyday feel like a beach day in this room. Next to the 2nd bedroom is a large den that can easily be used as an office or guest bedroom. There is also a full bathroom on the main level. The spacious master bedroom located on the upper level and it has large windows to provide plenty of light into the master bedroom. There is a full bathroom on this level as well as double sinks to avoid those early morning rushes. There is also a large walk-in closet on this floor and very large storage space. The washer and dryer units are on this level. This house is located in a very convenient area, all walking distances to schools, bus lines, outdoor activities, shopping, and dining. Seattle Pacific University is couple of blocks from the house. If you are working downtown and want to take advantage of the public transportation, bus 13 is a few hundred feet from the house and it will take you straight to Amazon and Seattle Center. You can also catch bus 26, and 28 as well which is only a few blocks away to Facebook and other companies near south lake union. Google campus and other tech companies is just five minute walk from the house across the Fremont bridge. If you prefer biking for your commute or leisure, Burke Gilman trail right across the Fremont bridge and the new Dexter bike lane is also a very short distance away. If you like outdoor activities, ship canal trail is visible from the deck and you can quickly go for a quick jog in the morning or evening along the ship canal or lake union. Cross the Fremont bridge and you can run or walk to Gas Works park for a nice relaxing picnic with full view of the lake and Seattle downtown. In those nice summer days, you can easily take leisure bike rides from the house to places like Ballard Locks, Golden Garden beach or Discovery park. As for shopping, dining and other night life activities, you can either walk up the a few blocks to downtown Queen Anne or walk down a few blocks to Fremont downtown here you will find all the shopping, dinning, pubs and many other things to do in the evening or weekends. 1 year lease.
