This condo in the High Country Haus complex was remodeled in 2016. One of the best features is that it is only a block off Main Street - some of the best restaurants and bars in Winter Park are right outside your door (Hernando's Pizza, Opas, Wake and Bacon bakery/restaurant, Randi's, Winter Park Pub, and The Peak Sports Bar and Brewery are all less than two blocks away). Winter Park's excellent new grocery store is right around the corner from the condo. The condo complex also backs up to forest land, so the surroundings are quiet and you have access to hiking and snowshoeing right outside the door. About a five minute drive gets you to the ski slopes, or take the free shuttle which picks up right outside and takes about 15 minutes. For sleeping arrangements, there is a queen bed in the bedroom, 2 very comfortable twin-size memory foam mattresses that can be used on the floor in the living room, or a full-sized air mattress that could be used instead of the twin foam mattresses. There is also a beautiful new rec center for the condo complex with a game room, pool, and hot tubs. The condo complex is large, so the building with the pool and hot tubs is actually a couple blocks away from my condo. Please send me an e-mail with any questions! This is a non-smoking apartment.
