Studio rent includes power, water, trash, recycling and internet. We are located on 1.3 acres in the quiet town of Shady Cove with the Rouge River and Lost Creek Lake close by. Additionally there are hiking trails near by & Crater lake is only 40 miles away. A spacious and open floor plan with 2 large 6 foot windows creates a light and comfortable home. Renovated recently and freshly painted with 12 foot vaulted ceiling with a 6 foot ceiling fan. A mini split keep things comfortable in all seasons. A private bathroom and a kitchenette with a fridge and Air fryer included. There is a new beautiful armoire for your clothing which can be placed where you like. There is access to the shared full kitchen including kitchenware. Additionally there access to the shared washer and dryer. The studio has its own private entrance or use of the common front door. Private entrance also has a security screen door for the summer night that you want fresh air and safety too. I have a small flock of chickens and the eggs are shared in the household. We are quiet and community minded. We enjoy having sporadic get together & BBQ's as weather and schedules allow for those inclined to join in. No smoking in the building. Due to the fact that I have chickens out free roaming for bugs, I really prefer no pets or very well trained & behaved small dogs, as I do not want dead chickens. The yard is not fence and there is traffic close. Non-refundable pet fee.
