The light company is Duke Energy, and heat uses #2 fuel oil through Blueridge there is a wood stove in the living room and the one in the basement. Tenants must furnish their utilities. The landlord cuts the grass. Must have 2 recent pay stubs or bank statements to show proof that the tenant can pay $1,100 a month, which is rent plus your utilities. No pets are allowed in or outside the property. There is a $500 non refundable deposit per service animal. The lease is one year.
