Wild Acres is only few minutes drive from Delaware River where you can rent or ride your own kayak and approximately 8 miles drive to a historic Milford town. The house is approximately 1,800 sq. ft. on 2 floors, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a large Jacuzzi), sauna for 6 people, large kitchen and dining area, washer and dryer, 2 living rooms (large L shape living room on ground floor can easily be converted into 1 or 2 more bedrooms if desired), fireplace, lots of closet space, large deck and approx 6' x 8' storage shed. House has never been rented and was only used by our family members (normally during summer months). Great place for nature and fishing enthusiasts, family vacation home away from NYC and also short drive to skiing resorts.
