home looks nice but beware. foundation is bad (cracked & falling in), septic needs work(pump broken, yard smells), several floor joist snapped, wiring bad ( aluminum/copper mix, spliced), insulation rotted, driveway ices over about a foot thick during winter. community board was in turmoil when I left. Shed is great, insulated & wired used as studio. I was conned by previous seller and got stuck with a money pit.
