$399,900: have you been concerned at the teensy amount of sq ft, the stock plans that look like many of your neighbors? If your personality dictates that you would prefer nearly 3000 sq ft, custom built, windows that line back of family room framing a beautiful golf course ( rather than another house ) 4 large bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 primary bedrooms downstairs on first floor, one w its own fireplace, a grand staircase that leads to the 2 large bedrooms upstairs w a shared bath but separate vanities, one w very big walk in closet, if you appreciate solid cypress interior doors from New Orleans, beautiful archways, a circular drive, in a neighborhood ( that I have personally chosen to reside in for the last 26 years ) a neighborhood that gives the opportunity to be part of a country club w a nice 18 hole golf course, a refreshing, spectacular pool w splash pad, a neighborhood playground, tennis courts, a grill w the best fried chicken you will ever put in your mouth! a gated, secure neighborhood that has maintained its prestige over all these many years, if any or all of this interests you, you must come look!!!!
