An older rental, with an open Kitchen concept. Several windows and a private outside area to relax and make your own. Neighbors are friendly and quiet and they expect the same. Pets are allowed but no barking dogs kept outside. We take care of yard and trash, you pay water and electric. Washer and dryer close by. Come see it anytime. Call the number on the sign and I'll open it up for you. We are looking for long term renters, yet our rental agreements are month-to-month.
