The heat is produced from a boiler, and is paid by the owner. The renters are in charge of paying for all the other charges. There is one parking spot that is available to the first tenant that wants it. There is no charge for the spot. But the renter that uses the driveway is in charge of making sure that the snow is removed from it in the winter. All the renters are in charge of making sure that the sidewalks remain clear of debris and to shovel it in the winter. Any fines that are given in relation to snow removal will be given to the renters. There is a backyard that can be used by the renters. In addition, there is a basement that can be used to store any additional items that might not fit in the apartment. The units are conveniently located relatively near the university and State Street. The owner pays for the heat, but the renters are responsible for paying everything else. debris If Reter has a pet, then there is a Pet addendum that needs to be signed at the time of the signing of the lease. The amount of the pet fee per month is based upon the size of the pet. No smoking is allowed in the building. All the renters in the building are responsible for keeping the sidewalks and terrace clear of snow and other debris.
