I am looking for someone to take over my lease at the Lark at Kohl starting August 2020 - August 2021. I am subleasing because my plans have changed for the fall, and I no longer need the apartment. It's right downtown across the street from the Kohl Center and a couple blocks from State Street. Everything is included except for electric, which is about $20/month. It is also completely furnished and has an in unit washer and dryer. There is also a dishwasher and stainless steel appliances. The unit and building is very updated and contemporary. The Lark also has study rooms, gathering rooms, an outside patio with grills, and a nice workout room. There is parking available across the street or garage parking for an extra cost.
