Still a work in progress . . . So it does not show great at the moment. But will be a great summer home as it's a short, easy walk to the beach or great for year round living. New kitchen going in, as well as a new master bath. Whole place being painted inside. Of course there are still things that will need your personal touches, but a wonderful layout with master bedroom being on the first floor and all your company have privacy on the 2nd floor with their own bath.
