This was a rental house for us. We have decided to put in on the market for lack of time to keep up with kids an other rentals. Our plans are to refinish the hardwood floors, repaint walls, do something with the kitchen floor (either tile or linoleum) time is a factor. The house has a new roof just a year ago. And a new AC unit a year ago. New bathroom in "08". New sewer line in "10" We lived in this house and loved the house and the neighborhood we just out grew the house and needed more bedrooms. A couple nice features are two living areas, privacy fence, off street parking, attached garage and deck.
