Looking to find new winter renters for our second home. Our wonderful winter renters of 8 years are no longer able to make the trip to Havasu. This listing is for long term winter renters only. We are looking to rent January - April but are open to longer rentals as well. Please do not contact us for any short term rentals. This Havasu gem is located on a quiet cul de sac near the center of Lake Havasu City. The 2003 built home is 1,367 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths that sits on a 10,500+ sq ft lot. Utilities, wireless internet, refuse, pool cleaning, and DirecTV are included in the rent. Propane for heating the pool or jacuzzi is not included. This is not a high trafficked summer vacation rental. This is our personal home that we dont use in the winter. Being as such, upgrades and maintenance are a large priority to us. The exterior of the home boasts a recently remodeled pool and jacuzzi. The private, walled in back yard also has a fire pit. The interior of the home has recently been remodeled with new carpet, new stainless steel kitchen appliances and new paint. There are flat screen televisions located in the living room, master bedroom and garage. The master bedroom has a California King size bed with a Tempur-pedic mattress. The master bath has a walk in closet, walk in shower and his and hers sinks. One guest bedroom has a queen size bed. The other guest bedroom has dual bunk beds. The living room couch is leather with 4 recliners built in. There is central heating and air and fans in each room. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Although the home has a 3 car garage only 1 garage space is available. There is plenty of space. There is a dining room table and refrigerator in the garage as well. Our boat and RZR need to stay stored at the residence. Please also note that the DirecTV feed is set to Los Angeles and can not be changed. Looking for a 4 month rental around December to April. We are open to other times though. 3 month minimum - 6 month max.
