The house comes FULLY furnished, has linens/towels available and fully stocked kitchen. This is a short term lease. The house is available for rent Sept 1st- Jan 1st. It's been newly restored. It's a gorgeous Spanish revival style house that's just about to celebrate its 100th birthday. We prefer no pets but will be open to negotiation depending on each individual case. Strictly no smoking on the property and no late night parties, drug use or excessive drinking. This a family home and we want it well cared for and appreciated. * Disclosure: This is a large property and there are 3 additional rentals on the grounds. However, they are all separate from the main house and have their own driveway. The back yard will only be used by the main house guests. They have been long term renters (2 are family members) and are fully trusted. They do own 2 small dogs. Our adult sons and daughter who live in the area, will manage any issues that come up while we are away.
