    What's special

There are no application fees, and we won't ask for money until we are ready to give you the keys at the property. Any other communication representing this property is a scam. We do not accept Zillow applications, so see below for how to complete an application. You must complete an application and have move-in funds ready to schedule a showing of one of our properties. You will find our free application here: https athomekentucky. You do not need to fill out a separate application for each property, but each adult that will be living in the property must fill out an application. We prefer text because members of our staff are hearing impaired and may not be able answer or respond to phone calls. Move-in funds are typically two times rent plus $100, but may be more. For example, if your income cannot be verified, we may require three times rent plus $100 to move in. We are pledged to the letter and spirit of U.S. policy for the achievement of equal housing opportunity throughout the nation. We encourage and support an affirmative advertising and marketing programs in which there are no barriers to obtaining housing because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin. programs in which there are no barriers to obtaining housing because of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.

We can't fix something we don't know about, so please let us know if there are issues. We will not reimburse you for any maintenance that you pay for without prior written agreement from the property manager and/or property owner. All maintenance requests must be made in the Resident Center App (from Buildium). You are renting this property as is, and we are not planning to do any additional work or cleaning of the property. You are responsible for ensuring the property is always in safe working condition during your lease. Get approval before modifying the property. Anything permanently attached must stay at move-out. We don't usually fix blinds, storm doors, and other non-necessities.
