In addition the home has a huge back yard that backs up to 160 acres of City of Prescott open space! This property is on a cul-de-sac and very quiet. It is in an older neighborhood and very safe. Neighbors are excellent. Wildlife is abundant and beautiful to observe. It is a wildland urban interface home. There are seating areas outside the front and back area to enjoy the hills and nature's beauty. There is a table for eating outside as well. The back area is very private and has couches for relaxing. Owners do not live on site but are in the general area approximately 5 minute drive away. This home is a fully furnished beautifully decorated home. Our hope is we can get a 1 year lease set up with excellent tenants the will treat our rental with great care. There is a $500 security/damage deposit that can possibly be refunded at the end of the lease if the property is left in excellent condition. First and last months rent is due on arrival and monthly rent payments are due on the first of the month. There will be a $50 late fee if not paid before the 5th of the month. This home is a non-smoking, no vaping, non-pet property. Landlord will cover the cost of pest control for the property at regular intervals. In addition Landlord will clean up pine needles 2 to 3 times per year. Tenant is expected to keep the property and house free of clutter and notify owner of any damages or needed repairs. Owner will pay for 1 time sewer line cleanout if it becomes backed up. Tenant will be responsible for any additional sewer line clogs. No exterior or interior paint will be allowed. There is plenty of off street parking. Tenants will be responsible for utilities set within 3 days of occupancy and payment which include City of Prescott combined bill for water, sewer and trash.
