Entire lower level in a private home available for rent. This includes a private bathroom and a living/sleeping area that can be furnished if desired. This lower level also has a private entrance. Parking is available on the street. Convenient location to all downtown Bremerton especially the Navy base and able to easily get to the Bremerton ferry. I am currently the only other resident in the home. I am a working professional and will have my girlfriend over frequently on weekends. The room available for rent can be furnished or unfurnished as desired. If the room is to be furnished an additional one hundred dollars per month will be charged. Shared kitchen and laudry facilities on main level. I can also provide a microwave, minifridge, hot plate and toaster oven at an additonal monthly charge if the tenant would prefer to have all their own items to use to make food. Credit and background checks will be required for any tenants. Lease to be signed upon completion of credit and background checks. Minimum lease term is 6 months. All utilities will be included in your rent unless that starts to become a problem in which case it will be re-visited. If the renter desires better internet, then they will have to pay the difference of the desired change. No drug use is allowed or will be tolerated on the property. No smoking allowed.
