Stonecrop is located in the heart of downtown Chapel Hill. You will experience a sense of belonging to the Carolina community at our apartments. Each apartment also receives one parking space in the deck. Stonecrop is also pet friendly! Apartments include washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. Stonecrop residents all have access to the recreation room on the top floor where you can enjoy a large TV, pool table, and comfy furniture. It's a perfect location for studying, meeting, as well as cheering on the Tar Heels. Rent includes all utilities-- internet is not included. If a couple is sharing a room, there will be an additional charge of $250 for the additional tenant. *One-time, non-refundable $250 pet fee.
