Investment opportunity! I grew up in this house. The location is great. It's secluded with a long driveway. I have posted a few pictures showing this house and land need lots of work. The house had a new metal roof in 2012. The septic lid was replaced along with new field lines in 2013. But the house will need to be fully gutted and remodeled. The yard and house have a ton of junk to be removed some of the junk may be scrapped for money. There's so much potential for this place if you have the time and money to put into it. Feel free to go by the house and check it out. I have dropped the price after looking at the house and updating the pictures. It's in pretty much the same condition but I have dropped the price since there is so much garbage to remove.
