This is a beautiful apartment conveniently located near the heart of downtown and close to bus stops. A 5-10 minute drive to Cornell. Nearby is the Cascadilla Creek, Gimme Coffee on Cayuga st, and Greenstar. The apartment is essentially the first floor of a house, and you will have only one upstairs neighbor, who is courteous and helpful. There is also a screened porch for reading in the summertime. Plenty of off-street parking. This is a no-smoking apartment. There are two bedrooms; however, the apartment is really best suited for one person or a couple. Single-occupant tenant preferred.
