Hello, Here are some details of my tiny yellow home. The home is a tiny "tiny" home, approximately 250 ft. . Even though it is small, it is ideally for one person. There is not a bedroom, the kitchen, living area are one room, other half of the home is laundry and bathroom. Electric, water and lawn care are included except: trash, Internet, phone, cable or satellite. You are responsible to make sure the communication services you choose are acceptable for your needs. Pets: no aggressive breeds and small pets only. $150 for 1 pet $300 for 2. Pet deposits are non refundable. There is another mobile home on the property of which you share parking and yard. These tenants are long term and you must be respectful at all times. If you decide to apply, once you have viewed the property, there is an online application of which you must pay the fee of approximately $50. This will provide your credit score and criminal background. If there is anything on your record that is unacceptable (felony) you will be denied. Application fees are non-refundable. Once the lease is signed, it is a legal binding agreement. 1 year lease, small pets only. Owner pays for water and electric only. I'm a licensed realtor #613405
