As a note, any stay fewer than 91 days requires the collection of an additional 11% county tourism tax in Buncombe County. The rental rate is $1,985 per month, with first month's rent as a deposit. We ask a $700 refundable security deposit, and a non-refundable pet fee of $100. ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED! - so you can avoid the hassle of utility hook-ups and deposits.
