From the back of the main house, the two tropical cottages that complete the Iguana Compound are visible. They are accessed from Erie Street and have their own parking. Each has a pair of bedrooms, kitchen, a den and a little screened in porch. They are for sale individually on separate listings: 111 West Erie Avenue and 113 West Erie Avenue.
