Home to the Painted Lady Bed & Brew, this is your rare chance to stay at a highly-rated, unique property for a fraction of the normal rate. Fully-furnished with a refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Built in 1881 as a brothel and saloon with "wine room in connection," the property has quite the colorful past. Tales of buried money, hidden rooms, and Billy the Kid are all waiting inside. A twist on the traditional B&B concept, Painted Lady Bed & Brew is the first of its kind in New Mexico and one of only a handful of such unique establishments in the country. The Lady, a 19th-century former brothel and saloon, was completely overhauled in 2015. Before COVID-19 struck the U.S., things were really progressing over here. We were expanding, helping to renovate a co-op space for a local non-profit, and really finding our groove as a unique lodging destination. With the hit the travel and tourism industry is currently taking, though, we've found ourselves down for the count but not out. Your rental here will help us to get back on our feet! Due to COVID-19 travel restrictions, we are offering one of our suites on a month-to-month basis. This unit is available immediately at least through mid-May.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
