This large townhouse is nested right in the heart of Broomfield, a great place to be! It is right in between Denver and Boulder with easy access to highway 36. You have the Broomfield commons right next door for early workouts in the park. I want to rent this unit out to a resident with the furniture remaining in the unit. I have two couches, a kitchen table with chairs, and a tv on the main floor (tv included with dvd player). I have a couch, bed, and two dressers in the basement. And I have one twin bed upstairs (I can take this bed with me, or any furniture, it is up to you, either way the rent will include the furniture). I also have a ping pong table outside included. This unit has all the standard appliances as well: fridge, dishwasher (new), washer and dryer (both new), microwave, and stove. (PHOTOS TO COME SOON). Resident is not responsible for water, garbage, landscaping, or outside maintenance. These are all included in the $2,000/month rent. You will be responsible for electric, gas, internet, and inside maintenance.
